Certilytics launched in 2014 with three employees who’d previously worked for health plans and contracts with two foundational customers. Today we have dozens of customers, over 100 employees, and more than 250M lives on platform.
How’d we do it? Simple. We didn’t spend years courting private equity backers or developing products that looked good on paper but hadn’t been tested in the real world. Instead, we delivered real value from day one.
We were guided by two beliefs: The analytic tools we’d been using previously were cumbersome and academic, failing to provide the information needed to succeed in value-based care. And we knew we could do better.
Seven years later, our solutions are an indispensable source of predictive intelligence used by some of the nation’s largest health plans and PBMs, along with dozens of small and mid-sized health plans, employer groups, and Fortune 100 employers.
These organizations have adopted our solutions not because they’re flashy and complicated—but because they were built with practicality in mind. Our products are designed to be actionable, easy to understand, and up and running in 90 days or less. And because of our experience working as actuaries, data scientists, and clinicians at major health plans, we know how to answer the right questions.
Are you a down-to-earth genius who is driven to solve problems for our customers? We’re always looking to grow our team.
